Interview with Sreyoshi Bhaduri – Sreyoshi leads the Global People Research & Analytics team at McGraw Hill. She’s passionate about using data to solve challenges of the 21stcentury global workforce. Sreyoshi’s work is geared towards creating inclusive work spaces for workers from diverse backgrounds using data-driven methods and working with innovative methods. Sreyoshi is trained as an engineering educator, and she enjoys exploring uses of natural language processing qualitative data with engineering context both in Academia and in industry.
