In this episode, Rachel and Erin discuss headlines we see daily telling us the must-dos, must-sees, and tips on living our best lives. If we have not done those things or are not doing those things, self-doubt is created and the thoughts that we are not enough. However, Rachel and Erin want to remind us that as long as we are being true to ourselves, we are doing exactly what we need to be doing. If you do not know where you are going, but you are moving in some sort of direction, that is a lot better than being stuck. Honestly, you do not understand something for sure unless you try it. Make the consistent decision to keep moving forward and stay grateful for those times where you may have been confused. When we rush everything, we forget to take in the moments of what we really are trying to do.
Enjoy the show!
