With a quick mind and ready smile Greg really laid it out there.  He gave me a lot to think about!  You can't see the video but we were both grinning and laughing as we talked, hopefully we can meet up in the real world some day.  Great guy and a big shout-out to him for coming on and digging deep!  Side note:  My wife ended up overhearing part of our conversation and turns out I've been married for 4 years...
