Seek permission to speak and then use it.

Nathan has selfless love towards David.

Nathan uses a story to show where David was wrong. 

David accepts what has happened.

David accepts Responsibility.

David asks for forgiveness.

David Changes His behavior.

Love them, Listen to their Stories, Ask a ton of Questions,  Offer a better way when given permission.
