I spoke with actor and mental health advocate Sam Webb before COVID 19 struck on his last visit Sydney before he flew back to LA. Sam is one of the best examples of a ‘glass half full’ human I have ever met!
As well as gracing our TV screens in various acting roles Sam is also one of the co-founders of the LIVIN organisation. LIVIN helps shine light on mental health. “LIVIN is all about living your life at the top and breaking the stigma around mental health. Connecting, supporting and encouraging one another to talk about their feelings and challenges because “It Ain’t Weak to Speak”.”
I felt with all the things going on globally and personally for people right now that this uplifting interview might be just what you need to listen to.
Sam’s passion and drive to live the best life he can is infectious! And as someone who has a tiny crush on Jonathan LaPaglia, I was keen to chat about Sam’s time on Survivor…
