Is this simply a true reflection on my life, or is it podcast suicide? This week i record an episode in a car wash. Yes, you heard right. I'm in a car wash recording a podcast. May be it's because it was the only 5 minutes i had to my self that week, or may be it's because I'm not organising my time as well as i could.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this.
