New Years Resolution eh! You started them about 4 weeks ago, so by my calculations you are already near to quitting them or already have. It's ok. Don't beat yourself up over it. A large majority of the people who set new years resolutions are in exactly the same place as you.
But if you are starting to sneak back to your old habits (or already have), then may be you need to look at things in a slightly different way.
