We’re taking these last weeks of 2020 to “Get Clear for the New Year.”

In part 1 of our “Getting Clear for the New Year” series, we chat about Core Desired Feelings. Core Desired Feelings are how we want to feel most of the time- our most preferred state of being. They apply to every area of our lives: work, health & wellness, relationships, etc. In this episode we discuss how to discover your Core Desired Feelings, why understanding how your CDFs help you navigate the world and how your CDFs help you discover yourself and what you need to thrive.
