In this episode I talk about life before my heart attack, my fitness and overall health and wellness . I touch on the importance of knowing your numbers, your family history and knowing the signs and symptoms of a heart attack (there are some important and subtle differences between men and women).
Lastly, I share the deeply personal reason WHY I had my heart attack. No doctor has or will ever be able to confirm this, and honestly I don’t need anyone to, because I know deep within my heart this is the reason and is my truth.
