b) Feast of Weeks- provision
c) Feast of Ingathering- faithful
The fruit of rituals...
1) Without some consistent rituals in our life we live at the mercy of our urgency and our appetites.
2) Rituals reorient our lives around what we value.
3) Rituals bridge the gap between what I desire and what I experience
Some rituals for consideration…
* kneeling
* silence
* solitude
* friendship
* service

Dt. 5:15
Sabbath does two things:
a) Reminds us that we are not slaves any more
b) Everything doesn’t depend on me

1. In your relationship with God, what are you in danger of forgetting?
2. What is a ritual you are willing to engage in every day, week, month and year?
