This week, Chris sat down with Aaron Stites. They have known each other for decades - competing on the same high school track team. Prior to law enforcement, Aaron was an exercise physiologist, providing one-on-one coaching to high school, college, and adult athletes. Now, Aaron is a SWAT operator, patrol corporal, peer support, dad, and husband. On the side, he still coaches athletes and has started an athletic first responder boot and trail shoe.
