"First of all, fat needs to be released from the fat cell. So that's number one. Number two, fat needs to be carried to another cell through the bloodstream. Also, keep in mind, poor blood flow to an area means slow fat loss from an area. Number three, fat needs to enter another cell to be burned." This is a pretty big process and nobody thinks of it like that Most people think in order to lose body fat all they need to do is just reduce their calories and what they're not considering is the hormone factor.
