In this weeks episode I discuss the conversation i had this week with a lovely 80yr old man who is still looking for ways to increase his knowledge and becoming a better individual. I also discuss the the glum looking people I walked past on my dog walk and how they are not helping themselves.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this.
