“Most people might say, I just want a faster metabolism. No, you don't. If you had a fast metabolism, you'd have problems. You'd be hungry all the time. It would just cause massive issues. You'd be going to the bathroom all the time. You want a flexible metabolism, and the reason why you want to flex the metabolism is because you want it to be able to adapt to changes in a way that are positive so that you aren't affected negatively in the downstream. You want flexible metabolism. Now, just want to make mention here that metabolism and genetics, your metabolic rate is unique, as I had mentioned, about everything being true but partial. Everybody has their own unique fingerprint when it comes to your genetics and your metabolism.
