Goal Setting Part 3 - Bringing it all together
In this episode I bring the last two episodes together. We first looked at how I record my daily, weekly and monthly targets, we then looked at how I organise my transitions to make sure I give myself the best chance of achieving them. In this episode I discuss how I prioritise my goals to make sure my confidence and self esteem is always growing.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this.
