I’m super excited to share the replay of my Instagram Live with someone I am honored to know and call a friend, Toronto Psychiatrist Dr. Micheal Rosenbluth
Dr. Rosenbluth discuss depression and how common it is after a life changing near death event such as a Heart Attack. We also discuss anxiety and how meditation and mindfulness are now part of the recommendations for physicians in the Canadian Mental Healthy Guidelines for patients with depression.
Having worked in mental health myself for a number of years, this topic is something I am very passionate about, I’m sure you will find my discussion with Dr. Rosenbluth very interesting as well.
