Trusting the 'experts'. They know what they are talking about right? Or do they? Have the time, we trust an expert for no other reason than we don't know better. This week i was put in a situation where I could have listened to someone who knew their stuff, but I choose to ignore.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this.
