What a year! I finally got the Confidence and Self Esteem Podcast off the ground and have learnt soooo many lessons, I wouldn't have the time to tell you about them all if I had a month! Therefore in this podcast I'm going to tell you about 3 things;
1. I'm out of my comfort zone and challenging my self every day. I think this is an important concept considering the podcast is about confidence and self esteem.
2. The more I research confidence and self esteem, the more I realise people don't fully understand what it is or how to best deal with it. Hopefully I can shed a bit of light on this.
3. If more people could see how their everyday life could help them increase their confidence and self esteem, then I am confident more people would embrace it.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this.
