We’re excited to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month with our new series, “Are You Good, Sis?” This week we’re joined by mental wellness advocate, self-healing educator and The Sugar Jar Podcast host, Yasmine Cheyenne to chat about all things boundaries.
For tons of us setting a boundary is easier said than done. We struggle with how and when to implement boundaries with our friends, family, coworkers and sometimes we just need a lil assistance. This is where Yasmine comes in! During our conversation Yasmine shared the seven pillars to set & enforce healthy boundaries and how this process can be as simple as enforcing house rules. Yasmine also dropped gems on ways to handle a relationship shift once boundaries are established and explained the importance of choosing yourself through calling your power back!
