The purpose of today' special episode is to raise awareness about suicide and suicidal thoughts because this is something so many of us experience. Every year, 800 000 people die by suicide in the world meaning that every 40 seconds a life is taken away. In this episode I'm sharing about my personal experience with suicidal thoughts and depression aiming to help you have hopes again that changes are possible; aiming to help you get ride of the shame going through depression or having suicidal thoughts can create.
You are not alone and what you are going through is valid and valuable.

Your phone call will be completely anonymous and you will speak with a trained volunteer that will not judge you or tell you what to do.
