Two completely different half's to todays show. (Mainly because one was recorded in the morning and the other around 8hrs later!). Look, none of us are perfect, but when some of us are willing to try - others see it as an opportunity for an excuse and thats not what confidence and self esteem is about. If you want greater confidence, you need to work for it.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this.
