Stress is a natural part of our everyday lives. We have these bills, jobs, relationships, family…all the tings so a little stress is inevitable but we oftentimes overlook the ways stress can be beneficial. This week we're taking some time to shift our perspective on what it means to be stressed by learning the difference between good and bad stress.
