I recently lost both of my parents within a matter of months.This happened after nearly a year where I (and my siblings) provided long-term care to my parents.Which required me to be halfway across the country one week of each month.Which started just after I began a new job. In a new Industry. In a hybrid work situation, requiring me to be in the office 3 days a week.Which  was happening while I was also trying to grow a business.It was a lot.We can all find ourselves in times like this.
