Joanna Rowsell achieved everything she wanted to achieve in cycling. After being talent spotted as a teenager she joined British Cycling. She won World Championship titles and Olympic gold medals at London 2012 and Rio 206, she broke World Records and she won Commonwealth titles too. She's also just a really lovely person.
