How often do you try to supress some of your feelings ? To pretend they aren't here ? How often do you tend to believe you're doing life wrong when you're going through hard times ? How often do you think there is something weird or wrong with you if you're not feeling happy ? How often do you think you you shouldn't feel that feeling, it's not good for me feeling that ?
