How do I connect Stripe to receive card payments?

If you are on the Pro or Plus plan, you can connect Stripe to receive card payments from listeners for zaps, subscriptions and purchases.

Connect Stripe in Fountain

1. Go to Settings
2. Open the Payments tab
3. Click Connect Stripe
4. Sign in to Stripe or create a new Stripe account
5. Complete Stripe's onboarding steps
6. Return to Fountain and click Save changes

Before you connect Stripe

To receive card payments, you will need an eligible Stripe business account.

Stripe eligibility requirements

Stripe availability and account eligibility depend on your business type and where your business is based.

Withdraw from Stripe to your bank

Card payments are paid out by Stripe to the bank account connected to your Stripe account.
